Specialist ADHD coaching

for late-diagnosed professionals.

Get in touch

Late diagnosis doesn’t arrive in isolation.

It comes with decades of ways of coping that worked — until they didn’t. Patterns that only start to make sense once you understand how your brain actually works.

For some, this starts with their own need to reset — at work, in life, or both. For others, it begins with a teenager. In many cases, it becomes both.

This is specialist coaching for that point — making sense of what’s there, and building ways of working that fit, without undoing what you’ve already built.

How It Can Feel

You're still performing, but the effort behind it has quietly doubled

Exhaustion that rest doesn't resolve

A late diagnosis that explains decades — and raises urgent questions about what comes next

Feeling the weight of holding everything together while quietly running on empty

A sense that the way you've been operating has reached its limit

You don't need more pressure. You need a system that fits how your brain actually works.

A Different Way Forward

Structured, specialist ADHD coaching is built around your actual life — your role, your patterns, your capacity, and what sustainability genuinely looks like for you.

Not generic productivity advice. Not cheerleading. Not another system that assumes a neurotypical brain.

About Kyla Martin

I spent over 15 years in executive and leadership roles before my own late ADHD diagnosis.

I'm not coaching from a textbook. I know this from the inside — the over-working, the urgency, the emotional intensity, the high standards, the personal cost of masking and over-compensating because 'not being enough' was never an option.

Now I help clients stop holding back who they are — and begin to lead from a place of knowing they are enough.

What Clients Say

“It was reassuring to work with someone whose coaching expertise is grounded in lived experience. I felt comfortable, honest, and truly understood.

Kyla helped me unpack the challenges I was facing and identify what was really holding me back. Together we created practical, personalised strategies that fit my values, my brain, and my lifestyle.

I’m now more emotionally aware, clearer on my strengths and ADHD limits, and see myself with more acceptance. It’s changed not just how I function, but how I relate to myself.”

 Magdalena, 49, Sandringham
